1 / 6Agendor is a CRM built in São Paulo for companies that sell to other companies through a consultative process: manufacturers, distributors and resellers, logistics firms, equipment rental businesses, and service providers such as accounting and law firms. It keeps the sales funnel, contacts, companies, tasks and reports in one place, and pairs the web app with iOS and Android apps designed for reps who spend their days on the road visiting clients. What sets Agendor apart is how closely it fits the way Brazilian B2B sales actually happen, which is largely over WhatsApp and in person. Conversations can be logged to the CRM automatically, company records fill themselves in from a CNPJ, and the mobile app plans visit routes on a client map. The company was founded in 2012 by brothers Gustavo and Júlio Paulillo with Tulio Monte Azul, and it has grown on a small angel round rather than big venture money. It reports more than 6,000 client companies and around 28,000 daily users, and its support team is known for answering in a minute or two. Highlights: • Multiple customizable sales funnels with required fields per stage • WhatsApp Sync add-on that records reps' WhatsApp conversations in the CRM • Mobile apps with client map, route planning, check-in, voice notes and offline use • Automatic company data fill-in from a Brazilian CNPJ • Task and deal automations, proposal generation and weekly sales summaries • Sales dashboard and funnel health map for managers • Integrations with ERPs such as Omie, Bling and Conta Azul, plus Zapier, Make, Pluga and an open API • Ava, an AI agent that logs activity and suggests next steps (via Agendor Intelligence) There is a permanent free plan for up to three users with the funnel, contacts, tasks and mobile app. Paid plans are billed per user: Pro at R$59 per month, Performance at R$83, and Corporativo at R$156 with a ten-user minimum, with discounts for annual and two-year payment. Agendor Chat, WhatsApp Sync and the virtual phone are paid add-ons. It runs in the browser, on iOS and Android, and as a WhatsApp Web extension. The interface is in Portuguese and data is hosted in Brazil.
