Guiru lists some publicly available products on its own initiative, so that search, comparisons and recommendations cover what people actually use. These listings are built from public information: the product's name, description, official links, and its logo and screenshots, used only to identify it.
An editorial listing is marked on its page as not claimed. It does not mean the makers are affiliated with Guiru, endorse it, or agreed to be listed.
Guiru does not sell an unclaimed product, take payments for it, include it in Guiru Member, put it in the Creator Pool, or award it the GSP badge. It does not host or redistribute its files: every download and purchase link goes to the makers' own site.
Unclaimed products count for less in trending and hidden-gem rankings, because those shelves exist to surface builders who are on Guiru.
The maker can claim the listing from its page by proving control of the product's domain, site or repository. A claimed listing is the maker's to edit, and only then can it sell, join Member, or earn.
A maker who prefers not to be listed can ask for removal from the listing's page, or by writing to [email protected] from an address that shows they speak for the product. Once we have checked that, we remove it, whether or not anything was wrong with the listing. We do not list it again unless the maker asks.
