Guiru is a listing, verification and payment service. Products are provided by their builders, who are responsible for what they ship, host and support. Guiru reviews products before listing them, verifies access, and moves money; it does not host third-party software and does not warrant it.
Being listed means the product passed our Quality Bar at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of fitness for your purpose, and it is not an endorsement of the builder.
One person, one Shin ID. You are responsible for what your account does. A provider is only ever linked to your account by you, while signed in; a matching e-mail address never links anything on its own.
We may suspend accounts that manipulate rankings or candidate signal, submit spam, or list malware or stolen work. Suspension decisions can be appealed — see Enforcement and appeals.
Buy with Guiru payments are processed by Stripe. Member and Pro renew until canceled; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and the consumer law where you live.
If a payment is disputed with your bank, access tied to it may be suspended while the dispute is open, and is revoked if the dispute is lost.
You must have the right to list and sell what you list. Take rates, the Creator Pool share and plan prices are published in the app and may change with notice.
Payouts go through Stripe Connect to an account in your name or your company's. Identity and tax information is collected by Stripe, not by Guiru.
Reviews, collections and profiles are yours; you grant Guiru the right to display them inside the service. Do not post what you do not have the right to post.
A builder may reply to a review. A builder may not edit or remove one.
