Find an answer and get back to what you were doing.
Four states, and you pick them on any product page: want to try, using, tried and stopped using. They are for you first — your library is the list you come back to — and they are also what the store reads to get better at suggesting.
Loved is separate from all four: it is your personal favourite, it shows on your profile, and it counts most in what you are shown. Open your library →
A review carries the state you were in when you wrote it — tried it, current user for N months, former user — taken from your library rather than typed by you. That is why a review from somebody who has used a tool for a year reads differently from a first look, without anybody having to claim anything.
Change your mind later and the context follows: the review stays, and what it says about you stays true.
The product page always says where the money goes before you click. Buy with Guiru means the payment and the receipt are ours and refunds go through us; External purchase hands you to the builder's own checkout and says so; Affiliate is an external store where Guiru may earn a commission at no extra cost to you; Free is free.
One subscription opens every product marked Included, inside the builder's own app — you sign in there with your Guiru account and it already knows you. Cancel whenever; access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and anything you bought outright stays yours.
Ask for a refund from the receipt on the purchase page. If a product is broken, deceptive or unsafe, report it from the product page — reports are read by people, and a listing that stops describing working software can be suspended or taken down.
Your handle, notification preferences, connected apps, devices and privacy controls are all in Settings — including exporting everything Guiru holds about you, and deleting the account.
