A person decides. Every decision on a listing carries the checklist it was judged against, a written reason, and the name of the reviewer, and is recorded in a log that cannot be edited or deleted.
Changes requested, rejection, suspension of a listing, removal, discounting of manipulated signal, or suspension of an account. Suspension takes a product out of the store but does not touch entitlements people already paid for.
Reply to the decision from the submission console, or write to [email protected]. An appeal is read by someone who did not make the original decision. Tell us what changed or what we got wrong; both are valid grounds.
