Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach Guiru's servers. Stripe collects the identity and tax information needed to pay you.
Guiru's take rate is published in Pricing & fees. Payment processing fees are deducted from the gross before the split, and are not recovered on a refund — that cost is absorbed by the platform, not charged back to you.
Balances are paid on the published schedule once your Stripe account is able to receive payouts. Refunds and lost disputes are reversed against your balance, with the dispute fee where the card network charges one.
