A review says what you used it for, what worked, and what did not. Reviews from accounts with verified usage or an entitlement are marked as such, and carry more weight internally.
You may review without having bought or integrated. An opinion is not invalid because we could not verify it; it is simply weighed differently.
Reviews that are paid for, written by the builder or their team, aimed at a person rather than a product, or that publish someone's private information.
You may reply once, publicly, to any review of your product. You cannot edit or delete criticism, and asking a buyer to change a review in exchange for support or a refund is a rule violation.
