You warrant that you have the right to distribute what you list and that the listing describes it honestly. Material changes to a listed product may send it back through review.
Guiru may suspend or remove a listing for rule violations, fraud, a materially broken product, or abandonment to the point where the listing no longer describes working software. Being unpopular is never a reason.
Guiru collects the payment, takes the published take rate, and pays you the rest through Stripe Connect. Refunds, chargebacks and their fees are reversed from your balance. The ledger behind your balance is auditable and is never edited silently.
If you integrate, you send generic session evidence — session, heartbeat, activity — for entitlement checks and usage measurement. Do not send us content, keystrokes, or anything about what a person did inside your product; we neither want it nor accept it.
Either side may end this at any time. Ending it does not cancel entitlements your buyers already paid for, and does not release either side from money already owed.
